Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products to you.

Section 5 – Products
Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.
We strive to present all items as accurately as possible, however colour and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders at our discretion, including by region or quantity.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
Section 6 – Orders and account information
All orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or amended.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping details. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary.
Section 7 – Shipping, duties and taxes
Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.
For orders placed from 1st March 2026, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, meaning no additional charges will be due upon delivery.
For orders placed prior to this date, duties and import taxes may be charged upon delivery and remain the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to reimburse or cover duties and taxes retrospectively. Failure to pay these charges does not constitute grounds for return, refund, or dispute.
If duties are refused or unpaid, the shipment may be returned or destroyed by the courier. In such cases, original shipping costs are non-refundable and any associated fees will be deducted from any eligible refund. If a parcel is abandoned or destroyed, no refund will be issued.
Section 8 – Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. This policy is strictly enforced.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, hygiene liners and security ribbons intact.
We reserve the right to refuse any return where there is evidence of wear, use, or alteration.
Returns requested outside of the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item is confirmed faulty. We recommend using a tracked service.
Section 9 – Faulty items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
Items damaged through wear or improper use will not be considered faulty.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or use.
