Ella
When Ella launched Bad N Bare her aim was simple: to design luxury one-pieces, that combine cutting edge design with minimalistic silhouettes, to enhance and accentuate a woman's natural figure and shape, giving maximum confidence when worn.
Ella's journey in fashion started years prior, at university when she studied Creative Direction of Fashion at London College of Fashion from 2019-2022.
Inspired by the creativity she had encountered, and driven by an insatiable desire to share sculpting swimsuits with the world, Ella launched Bad N Bare with a desire of helping women feel their sexiest self in her designs whilst feel comfortable.
Bad N Bare has gained great success since then - from her first Miami Swimweek in 2023, seen in magazines like Sports Illustrated Swimsuit and now loved by celebrities like Maya Jama.
"While doing my degree at London College of Fashion, I founded Bad N Bare in 2022. I am super inspired by the female silhouette and the minimalist swimsuit shapes of the 1980s, all my swimsuits are designed to highlight and enhance feminine curves and form, giving you the most confidence.
An essential mode of achieving this is ensuring our designs are based off timeless pieces I know will compliment and flatter the female form. Above all else, I want you all to feel sexy and powerful when wearing Bad N Bare, through silhouettes you can wear on and off the beach. I hope you love them as much as I adored creating them."
Perfect Fit
Ella has a unique and rigorous design and approval process, which requires each piece to be fitted several times taking 12 months from design, fit and sample. Nothing is added or released into the collection unless Ella feels it is absolutely perfect and something she knows you couldn’t find anywhere else.
Since the collection includes swimsuits for women in sizes XS through XL, each swimsuit is made to fit every size rather than just being scaled up. Fit is really significant to Ella and was one of her main inspirations for starting Bad N Bare!
