When will my pre-order ship?
For the below items
- Belinha Bikini in Buttercream with Black
- Athena dress - Cocoa
The release and shipping date for your pre-ordered item is 2nd May. We will ship your order as soon as the product becomes available. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
How do I know if my pre-order went through?
Once your pre-order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation within 10 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance - hello@badnbare.co.uk
Will I be charged immediately or when the item ships?
For all pre-orders, your payment will be processed immediately.
What happens if the shipping date changes?
If the release date for your pre-order item changes, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. In case of a significant delay, you will have the option to r adjust your shipping preferences.
Can I change my shipping address after placing a pre-order?
You can change your shipping address if your pre-order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team at hello@badnbare.co.uk with your updated address, and we’ll make the necessary changes. Once the item ships, we may not be able to change the address.
Will I get my pre-order item first?
Pre-order customers will receive their items as soon as they are available.Orders are shipped in the sequence they were received. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I pre-order multiple items and have them shipped together?
Absolutely, if your order includes pre order items it will not be shipped until the items are available.
