Returns Policy
By completing a purchase with Bad N Bare, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms in full. These terms apply to all orders placed on badnbare.com.
Returns Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days (including weekends) of confirmed delivery via our returns portal at badnbare.returnscenter.com.
Once authorised, returned items must be received by Bad N Bare within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Returns shipped within the window but arriving outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
We strongly recommend sending returns immediately using a fully tracked and signed-for service. Returns received outside of the approved return period will be refused and returned to the customer at their own expense.
Bad N Bare reserves the right to decline any return that does not comply fully with this policy.
Condition Standards
To be eligible for return, all items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in pristine, fully resalable condition.
Items must:
- Be free from marks, stains, fragrance, deodorant, fake tan, makeup, odours, or any form of damage
- Include all original tags, hygiene liners, security seals, and branded packaging
- Show no signs of wear, stretching, misuse, washing, or alteration
We strongly advise trying all swimwear and garments over underwear to maintain hygiene standards.
Hygiene & Security
For hygiene reasons, items returned with a removed, cut, reattached, tampered, or damaged hygiene liner will not be accepted.
Items returned with removed, altered, tampered, or damaged security tags or ribbons will be automatically refused. Removal of security tags for any reason, including fitting, content creation, or photography, renders the item permanently ineligible for return.
Any evidence of attempted tag manipulation or reattachment will result in refusal of the return.
Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Discounted & Promotional Orders
This section forms a material term of your purchase agreement.
Any order where a discount code, promotional code, welcome offer, influencer code, affiliate code, seasonal promotion, archive sale code, bundle promotion, automatic discount, or limited-time promotional offer has been applied at checkout is classified as a discounted order.
Discounted orders are strictly non-refundable.
This applies regardless of whether the item was listed at its original full price at the time of purchase.
Discounted orders include, but are not limited to:
- EUROSUMMER promotions
- Vault collection purchases
- Archive sale promotions
- Community or members’ codes
- Influencer or affiliate codes
- Bundle or multi-buy discounts
- Seasonal promotional campaigns
- Automatic checkout discounts
By entering and applying a discount code at checkout, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your order is considered final sale and is not eligible for refund, return, or store credit.
The only exception is our one-time new customer welcome discount, which remains subject to our standard full-price returns policy.
All return shipping costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer. For approved exchanges, outbound shipping fees must be paid in full prior to dispatch of the replacement item.
Sale, Final Sale & Vault Items
Items listed as:
- Sale
- Final Sale
- Archive Sale
- Vault
- Non-Returnable
on the product page, collection page, or at checkout are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
Customers purchasing Vault or final sale items may also be required to actively acknowledge mandatory final sale terms at checkout before payment is completed.
Checkout Acceptance
By completing checkout, you confirm that:
- You have read and accepted the full Bad N Bare Returns Policy
- Applicable promotional, discounted, Vault, archive sale, or final sale items within your order are non-returnable
- You understand these items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit unless faulty
Where applicable, customers may be required to actively select a mandatory checkbox confirming acknowledgement of final sale terms before checkout can be completed.
Bad N Bare reserves the right to rely on this checkout acknowledgement, alongside order records, promotional code usage, tracking confirmation, and customer communication in the event of any payment dispute or chargeback claim.
Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Bad N Bare does not offer free returns.
We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and signed-for service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been confirmed as received.
Bad N Bare cannot accept responsibility for items lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international returns, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Bad N Bare retains sole discretion in determining whether returned items meet the required return standards outlined within this policy.
If a return does not pass inspection:
- The refund will be declined
- The item will be returned to the customer
- Any associated shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, you must contact customercare@badnbare.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear imagery of the issue
- A brief explanation
Items damaged through wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or failure to follow garment care instructions are not considered faulty.
Fault claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow up to 14 business days for processing once your return has been approved.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible full-price UK orders only and remain subject to stock availability.
International customers are not eligible for exchanges and are advised to place a new order.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and approved, a secure payment link for outbound exchange shipping costs will be issued prior to dispatch.
Policy Integrity & Misuse
Bad N Bare monitors return activity and reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns demonstrating excessive, suspicious, or fraudulent behaviour
- Decline future transactions
- Restrict or permanently block customer accounts where policy abuse is identified
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Bad N Bare reserves the right to provide evidence including:
- Policy acceptance
- Mandatory checkout acknowledgements
- Promotional code usage
- Delivery confirmation
- Tracking information
- Customer communication records
in the event of any payment dispute, chargeback claim, or policy investigation.
Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may result in further action and refusal of future orders.
Policy Amendments
Bad N Bare reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes take immediate effect upon publication at badnbare.com/pages/returns.
It remains the customer’s responsibility to review the current Returns Policy prior to placing an order.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We currently do not offer free returns.
International Returns
We are working towards offering local returns in key regions.
At present, all returns must be sent back to our UK address.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for UK orders only. Please note, the delivery cost to exchange your order is not covered by us and will be payable by the customer. Once the delivery fee has been received, your exchange item will be dispatched. For international customers, we recommend placing a new order, as our collections are produced in limited quantities and may sell out quickly.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organisations.
Late Returns
We do not accept returns beyond the 14 days of your delivery and anything sent to us after 14 days will be returned to you.
