We strongly recommend placing Christmas orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Delays may occur due to courier congestion, customs processing, or local delivery issues, which are outside of our control.

All express orders are dispatched on the same business day whenever possible. Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control and cannot be guaranteed.

Please do not refuse delivery. Refused parcels will incur both the original delivery charge and the return cost, and any refund processed will exclude these amounts.

Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address (home or work) to receive your parcel. If no one is present, the courier will leave instructions to reschedule delivery or collect the parcel from a local depot. If redelivery is not arranged within one week, the package will be returned to us, and both the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

For added peace of mind, all shipments are sent using a signed-for delivery service.
