At Bad N Bare, we do our best to deliver orders within the stated timeframes; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local delivery issues in the destination country. Delivery times are provided as guidance only, and international shipments may occasionally take longer than expected.

Please do not refuse delivery. Refused parcels will incur both the original delivery charge and the return cost, and any refund processed will exclude these amounts.

Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address (home or work) to receive your parcel. If no one is present, the courier will leave instructions to reschedule delivery or collect the parcel from a local depot. If redelivery is not arranged within one week, the package will be returned to us, and both the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
