Returns Policy

Bad N Bare 14-Day Returns Policy

At Bad N Bare, we are committed to offering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. Your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days (including weekends) once approved through our returns portal, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, liners and Bad N Bare packaging intact. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

1.2. For hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted if the hygiene liner or hygiene label has been removed, tampered with, or shows signs of wear.

Please note: items without hygiene labels or liners cannot be accepted under any circumstances

1.3. Items that are marked as "Sale," "Non-Returnable," or discounted are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

1.4. Items must be free from deodorant marks, makeup marks, stains, perfume, and any other visible signs of wear or use.

2. Initiation of the Return

2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once your return has been approved, you have 14 days (including weekends) to return the items. Bad N Bare reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit.

 3. Return Shipping

3.1. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. If you choose to arrange the return yourself, we strongly recommend using a secure, trackable shipping service. For added peace of mind, we advise selecting a signed-for delivery option, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

3.2 You are responsible for any custom charges or fees for International Orders. This amount will be taken off your total refund.

3.3 Shipping charges are not refundable on returns or exchanges.

4. Inspection and Approval

4.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

4.2. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

4.3 Bad N Bare reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Bad N Bare.

5. Refund Process

5.1. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

5.2. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

6. Exclusions

6.1. Bad N Bare does not accept international exchanges. Returns are accepted for eligible items as outlined in this policy, but exchanges for international orders are not available.

6.2. Free bikinis included as part of our'Spend £200, Get £100 Off' promotion are considered complimentary gifts and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on these promotional items.

8. Changes to the Returns Policy

Bad N Bare reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By making a purchase from Bad N Bare, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this 14-day returns policy.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for UK orders only. Please note, the delivery cost to exchange your order is not covered by us and will be payable by the customer. Once the delivery fee has been received, your exchange item will be dispatched. For international customers, we recommend placing a new order, as our collections are produced in limited quantities and may sell out quickly.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organisations.

Return Shipping Fees

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable

Late Returns

We do not accept returns beyond the 14 days of your delivery and anything sent to us after 14 days will be returned to you.
