A note on how your order reaches you.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of being placed. During sale periods, peak season, or new collection launches, processing may take up to 5 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
UK delivery
- Standard delivery: 2–4 working days
- Tracked delivery: 1–3 working days
- Next-day delivery: order before 12:00 GMT for next-working-day arrival (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery option selected and order weight. Free standard UK shipping is offered on orders above the threshold displayed at checkout (where applicable).
International delivery
We ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, and Royal Mail International. Delivery to the United States is shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) — all duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so there are no additional charges on arrival.
For other international destinations, orders are typically shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) — duties and taxes may be charged on arrival by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
Estimated international delivery times:
- United States: 3–5 working days
- EU: 4–7 working days
- Rest of World: 7–14 working days
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Failed delivery and returns to sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply) or refund the order minus original shipping costs.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact customercare@badnbare.com within 7 days. If a parcel is significantly delayed in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Please allow 14 working days for international parcels before considering them lost.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email customercare@badnbare.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Address accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details.
Customs and duties (international orders, non-DDP destinations)
For destinations outside the UK and US, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local customs authority on arrival. These charges are calculated by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. Refusal to pay customs charges, resulting in a parcel being returned, will be treated as per our Failed Delivery clause.
