PRE ORDER
When will my pre-order be shipped?
Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page and in your order confirmation. We do our best to meet these dates, and if there are any delays, we’ll notify you via email.
Can I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
Yes! Just note that your full order will ship when the pre-order item is ready. If you want in-stock items sooner, place a separate order.
Can I upgrade my shipping method on a pre-order?
Yes! If your pre-order hasn’t shipped yet, you can contact our customer support team hello@badnbare.com to request a shipping upgrade. Any additional cost will be confirmed before proceeding.
Will I be charged right away?
Yes, your card will be charged at the time of purchase to secure your spot in the pre-order queue.
Why do pre-order items have different delivery times?
Pre-orders are made in small batches to maintain quality. Delivery times may vary depending on production schedules, volume, or shipping logistics.
How will I know when it’s shipped?
You’ll get an email with tracking details the moment your order is on the way.
Can I track the status of my pre-order?
Currently, pre-orders cannot be tracked in real time before dispatch. However, once your item ships, you’ll receive full tracking information via email.
Why is my pre-orders delayed?
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, pre-orders can sometimes be delayed due to factors outside of our control. These may include unexpected supplier or production delays, customs holdups, high demand, or logistical challenges. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to quality, and we’d rather take the time to get it right than rush and compromise standards. We always aim to communicate any delays promptly and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Do pre-orders come with the same return policy?
Absolutely. Pre-orders are treated the same as regular orders and are covered by our standard return and exchange policy unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel or make changes within 48 hours of placing the order. After that, we start processing, so changes may not be possible.
What if my pre-order is a gift and it arrives late?
We understand timing matters. If you’re concerned about timing, reach out and we’ll do our best to help—whether that’s offering a digital gift card or a printable note explaining the delay.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship all over the world. Please click HERE for rates.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been despatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.
Sometimes our emails land in junk so please check your junk and add us to your contact list.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
Once you're at checkout you'll have an ETA for each of the products you order.
The ETA may differ between products depending on where they're located and the shipping method you've selected.
How do I return an item for refund?
If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 14 days return period please ship it back following the instructions on the returns portal.
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. If no exception with your return is faced your request will be processed within 2-3 working days.
Refunds for full priced items are issued to your original payment method. If your order had any shipping costs, these will not be refunded.
To return your order, please use a ‘TRACKED’ Service as we can only refund items which are returned to us. We don't reimburse you for your postage cost back to us.
Sale items are not returnable (for exchange or refund).
Something I purchased is now in sale. Can I receive a price adjustment?
Unfortunately, due to the overall high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow for price adjustments.

POLICY & INSURANCE
Our Policy
We take pride of our Bad N Bare items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.
Insurance
Bad N Bare insures each purchase during the time it’s in transit until it’s delivered to you. For all deliveries we require a signature, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Ensure A Smooth Order Process
We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
Your security is important to us, so before we can dispatch your purchase we may need you to confirm your details with your card issuer. Delays aren’t fun for anyone so we’ll do our best to make it quick.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
To minimise delays, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.
